How to Fix Product Details

If a product's name, code, or conversion factor is wrong, edit the product.

Product Fields

• Product Name
• Product Code
• Conversion Factor , with its Conversion Factor Justification

Edit the Product

1. Select Admin , then Products .
2. Open the product's actions menu and select View / Edit , then select Edit Product .
3. Change the fields you need, then select Save . Once a product has measurement attempts, only its conversion factor can be changed.

A new conversion factor applies to measurements processed after the change. Past measurements keep the weight they were calculated with.
