How to Access Admin Tools

Account administration is in the Admin menu in the web application header.

The Admin Menu

• Account : your account details. Only the Account Owner can edit them.
• Subscription : your plan.
• Users : invite and manage users. Available to Account Owners and Customer Administrators.
• Sites , Products , and Bunkers : manage your sites, products, and bunkers.

Users, Sites, Products, and Bunkers are available to group accounts with a Business subscription. On individual accounts, the Admin menu shows Account and Subscription only. Some accounts limit Sites and Products to administrators.

Passwords and Sign-In

To reset your own password, select Forgot password? on the sign-in page. An administrator can send a user a sign-in code with Send One-Time Passcode in the user's details.
