How to Clear Your Browser Cache

Clear your browser cache to resolve display issues or improve performance in Stockpile Reports.

When to Clear Cache

• Application displays incorrectly
• Features not working properly
• Page loading issues
• After system updates

Clear Cache in Chrome

1. Open Chrome browser
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac)
3. Select time range (All time for complete clear)
4. Check Cookies and cached images/files
5. Click Clear Data
6. Restart the application

Clear Cache in Firefox

1. Open Firefox browser
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac)
3. Select time range
4. Check appropriate boxes
5. Click Clear Now
6. Refresh the application

Clear Cache in Safari

1. Open Safari
2. Click Safari menu
3. Select Clear History
4. Choose time period
5. Click Clear History
6. Reload application

Hard Refresh (Alternative)

• Windows: Ctrl+F5
• Mac: Cmd+Shift+R
• Force reload without cache
