Uploading Self-Service Drone Images to Stockpile Reports

After completing a self-service drone flight, follow the steps below to upload your images so Stockpile Reports can process your measurements.

Upload Process

1. In the Stockpile Reports web application, click the Aerials tab in the top-right corner.
2. On the aerials page, scroll down to Self-Service Aerials section.
3. Click the Upload Images button.
4. On the UAV Image Uploader page, configure the following:
   • Site: Select the site where you flew the drone
   • Measurement Type: Choose to generate stockpile measurements or only site image
   • Optional Notes: Add details about the flight, location, or conditions
   • Flight Specifications: Review to confirm your flight meets Stockpile Reports requirements
5. Upload your images by dragging and dropping or clicking to select files
6. Submit for processing

Image Preparation

Before uploading, ensure you have:

• Copied images from your drone’s memory card to your computer
• Organized images by flight (create a folder for each flight)
• Verified all images are clear and properly exposed
• Ensured image format is compatible (JPEG, PNG supported)
