Preparing Your Account for Full-Service Aerials

Before you can schedule a full-service aerial flight, ensure your account is properly configured with site information and pile definitions.

Account Setup Steps

1. Verify your site information is complete and accurate
2. Set up all bunkers and pile locations in your system
3. Configure product definitions for your materials
4. Set up user access controls for your team
5. Configure billing and payment information

Site Configuration

Enter accurate information for each site:

• Site name and location coordinates
• Site access instructions
• Bunker and pile layout
• Material types stored at the site

Prerequisites

To schedule full-service flights, you must have:

• An active Stockpile Reports account
• At least one site configured
• Billing information on file
• Site accessibility verified
