Preparing Your Account for Full-Service Aerials

Check these items before you request a full-service flight.

Account

• Your account is active and has Aerials. Aerials requires a group account with a Business subscription and Drone Measurements, which is standard on Business 200+ and available on smaller Business subscriptions with approval. If you do not see Aerials, contact support.
• Your account has remaining flights. Each requested flight uses one.
• You can see Request Flight in the Full Service Aerials section. If you cannot, ask your account administrator or contact support.

Sites

Each site you want flown needs a site boundary, a site contact name and phone number, and a site address. The flight request shows Missing for any of these that are not set.

Products and Piles

You do not need to set up piles or bunkers before the flight; pile outlines are drawn after the images are processed. Set up your products, because you choose a product for each pile when you tag piles.
