How to Schedule a Full-Service Aerial

Use Request Flight to ask Stockpile Reports to fly one or more of your sites.

Request a Flight

1. In the web application, select Aerials in the header. Aerials requires a group account with a Business subscription and Drone Measurements, which is standard on Business 200+ and available on smaller Business subscriptions with approval. If you do not see Aerials, contact support.
2. In the Full Service Aerials section, select Request Flight .
3. On Request a Full Service Flight , under Which sites would you like measured? , check each site you want flown.
4. Choose a date in Select Desired Flight Date . The earliest date you can choose is seven days from today.
5. Choose a Frequency : One Time, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly. For a repeating request, set the Number of Instances .
6. Select Submit Request .

What Each Site Needs

Each site needs a site boundary, a site contact name and phone number, and a site address. If one is missing, the site list shows Missing with an Add link; add the detail in the site's settings, then request the flight.

Each flight uses one of your account's remaining flights. If not enough remain, contact support@stockpilereports.com.

After You Submit

You receive a confirmation email with the flight date and location, and email updates as the flight progresses. Follow its progress on the Aerials page.
