Full-Service Aerial flights are professionally conducted surveys where Stockpile Reports handles the drone operation, image capture, and measurement processing.

Scheduling Your Flight

1. Log in to your Stockpile Reports account
2. Navigate to the Aerials section
3. Select Full-Service Aerials
4. Click Schedule Flight
5. Enter your site location and details
6. Select preferred flight date and time
7. Specify which piles or areas require measurement
8. Add any special instructions or requirements
9. Confirm and submit your request

Information Needed

Have the following information ready when scheduling:

• Site address and access details
• Preferred measurement date and time
• List of piles to be measured
• Any special access requirements or hazards
• Contact person for day-of coordination

Confirmation

After scheduling, you’ll receive:

• Confirmation email with flight details
• Pilot contact information
• Expected report delivery timeline
