Get Ready for Digital Stockpile Management
Stockpile Reports automates stockpile measurements using digitized images and an automated, scalable,
controlled process, including an enterprise-wide view of all piles, products and inventory by location.
Customers start by entering sites, product types and unit conversion ratios
to track bulk materials inventory across an enterprise with many sites or users.
Capture
Capture images in one of three ways:
- Use SR Measure, our iPhone app, for real-time measurements of freestanding piles, bunkers and bins. This is the fastest way to measure a stockpile.
- Fly your own drone and upload the imagery through our portal for cloud processing.
- Source full-service aerials with Stockpile Reports, and our vendor partner will find a pilot. Scheduling is easy with our full-service integration, plus imagery is uploaded for you.
Process
Images are automatically converted into verified inventory reports using proprietary algorithms which score measurements based on identified conditions and surface coverage.
No manual touch is required to determine ground planes or remove obstructions.
Review
A 3D visualization of every pile is provided for assessment in a controlled measurement acceptance workflow.
Measurements via SR Measure can be viewed right on your iPhone.
All iPhone and drone measurements are viewable on Stockpile Reports’ cloud-based portal. Piles can be reviewed by product type and location for an enterprise-wide or location specific view, including the pile history.

Measurement data is sharable with administratively controlled user access or via Excel and PDF downloads, or with an easy API integration to your business information systems.
