Stockpilereports.com was recently out in the field to assist a local survey crew to perform month end inventory across 6 aggregate sites.

Over 100 piles in total were collected, utilizing both GPS and the iPhone app in the course of only a couple of days. Using the iPhone app, we were able to collect multiple stockpiles at each site and saved the Survey Crews a significant amount of time.

This is a great example of how using complementary technologies can get the job done quickly and efficiently, reducing time spent in the field.
