Admins can add, update, or delete users in their organization’s account. You can manage user names, passwords, roles, and notification preferences. There is no limit to the number of users on your account.

How to Add a New User #
- From the Stockpile Reports Web Dashboard, click the Admin tab in the top menu.

- Under User Manager, click Manage.

- Click the Add User button.

- Fill out the new user form:
- Full Name – The name that will display on measurement reports.
- User Name – A unique ID for login (avoid spaces or special characters). Using the email address is recommended.
- Email – Used for system notifications and password recovery.
- Password – Enter a password or leave blank to auto-generate one.
- Send Welcome Email – Check to send login credentials to the user.
- User Role – Choose between End User (basic use) and Customer Admin (full admin access).
- Receive System Notification Emails – Yes or No.
- This User Belongs To – Select the region or site(s) the user can access. If the user should see everything, select the company name.
- Click Add User to save.
- If “Send Welcome Email” is checked, login details will be emailed to the new user.
How to Edit a User’s Profile #
- From the Web Dashboard, click Admin → Manage under User Manager.


- Locate the user you want to update and click Edit.

- On the Edit User screen, you can:
- Update profile fields (name, username, email, role).
- Reset the password (choose to force reset at next login).
- Adjust site access and system notification preferences.
- Change the status (active/inactive).
- Click Update User to save changes.
How to Delete a User #
- From the Web Dashboard, click Admin → Manage under User Manager.
- Find the user in the list and click Edit.
- At the bottom of the Edit User screen, click Delete.
- Confirm deletion to remove the account.
Tips for Managing Users #
- Assign at least two Customer Admins in your organization to ensure someone always has access to manage accounts.
- Use company email addresses instead of personal ones for better continuity.
- Review your user list regularly to deactivate accounts that are no longer in use.
