Our team values data very highly. We strive to provide excellent customer service, and also take great pride in the data and processes that generate our customers’ stockpile reports.

Although many of our customers know who their Support team members are, Stockpile Reports also has a Quality Assurance team working quietly behind the scenes. They are monitoring the system constantly. They review the quality of the source data and various sources used for measurements, review the upload speeds, audit the processing times, and are in constant communication with the Support team. Our QA team does this to ensure that every stockpile report is accurate, and ready for download in under 24-hours.

Stockpile Reports Delivers Results

Customers can have confidence not only in the results of their measurements— but also at the point of measurement. Once a client begins taking measurements, every member of Stockpile Reports is prepared to deliver results that we stand behind.

We are delighted to announce that our customers passed a new measurement milestone! They have measured over 10,000 stockpiles with an iPhone.

In September of 2014, Stockpile Reports traveled to Australia to train a class of clients on iPhone measurements. We also had a crew in the US working with domestic clients – in one of the hottest summers this decade.

It might be surprising to know that large stockpiles can be measured with an iPhone. Here’s a great example of a big pile.

Stockpile Reports has clients all over the world. On-line training is easy and time-effective for businesses, but we admit that we did enjoy traveling to Hawaii for a visit in 2013.

Not only is measuring stockpiles with an iPhone fast and easy, but many of our clients find it fun, too!

We’ve been training users in various states and facilities, with varying dress codes.

Once the items have been entered administratively, the iPhone user just needs to set up the cones, and make a product selection via the Stockpiles App before measuring.
