Join the TeamGalen earned his B.S. in Geography, GIS, and Surveying in 2007. With nearly 15 years of industry experience, Galen’s core responsibilities at Stockpile Reposts include managing our products, ensuring they are operating efficiently and exceeding customer expectations. He also oversees the execution of product releases, customer onboarding, supports the sales and customer service teams, and much, much more. Having been with Stockpile Reports since inception, there isn’t much that Galen hasn’t dipped his toes into. Father of two daughters, Galen spends his spare time coaching soccer teams, lifting weights, rowing, drawing, and adventuring outdoors with his wife, daughters, and springer spaniel, Lola.
Melissa provides tools and support to enable the sales team to spend more time in the field with customers. Mel has worked in the technology sector ranging from startups to Fortune 500 and in renewable energy to texting where she grew accustomed to the challenges of remote sites and various supporting technology. She wears many hats and picks up on work where work is needed whether through RFPs, on-site visits, or customer training and support. Mel is local to the Redmond area and grew up fishing for Salmon on the lower Skykomish River with her dad.
James graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Finance and Management and a minor in Economics. As the Field Operations Manager, James is passionate about finding creative solutions to common problems, addressing and overcoming obstacles, and when you engage with James, you can count on him to find the best possible solutions and answers to your biggest challenges. Prior to joining the team, he spent many years touring with his band and working in the digital technology space. In his spare time, you can find him traveling, snapping photos, or playing music.
Originally from Idaho, Dustin has resided with his wife in Washington State since 2003. He studied Music at Shoreline Community College and Business at Boise State University. With a background in IT and product installations, Dustin enjoys solving tough problems using innovative and creative approaches. He is focused on providing reliable solutions to unique problems, ensuring customer satisfaction. He’s most excited about the opportunities for product innovations and the future of logistics solutions. In Dustin’s spare time, you can find him tinkering in his garage with cars and motorcycles, woodworking, renovating his home, playing the drums in his band, or hanging out with his dog, Snoop.
Jonathan Stephens is the marketing director at Stockpile Reports. Beginning his career as a GIS analyst, Jonathan pivoted into computer vision and image processing technology as a solutions consultant focusing on solving inventory management and logistics problems for bulk material producers. In his current role at Stockpile Reports, Jonathan’s main focuses are in market discovery, research, and growing customer awareness through technical education.
Srinivas architects the infrastructure and applications that are running the business, based on his 25 years of software inception, architecture, and development to ensure that our products are predictably scalable. Srini’s background with Fortune 100 companies such as IBM and Hewlett Packard brings a global and world-class perspective to Stockpile Reports solutions. Srini earned his master’s degree in computer science from the University of Hyderabad, India.
Jared attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Ph.D. in Computer Vision. His thesis focused on large-scale 3D reconstruction from images, with advisors Jan-Michael Frahm and Enrique Dunn. While at UNC, Jared developed a reconstruction system that processed and reconstructed scenes from a 100 million image dataset within 6 days. This was accomplished using only a single computer— two orders of magnitude in improvement over previously published methods. Jared has also developed state-of-the-art techniques for disambiguating repetitive, duplicate, or otherwise confusing scene elements in a 3D reconstruction. He is also working on image description, retrieval, and registration, as well as real-time computer vision on mobile devices and GPUs.
Brooke comes to Stockpile Reports with a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Masters and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. Her deep knowledge and appreciation of computers, technology, code, and the translation to products are invaluable to the Stockpile Reports team. She enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, improving and developing new processes, and making tools and technology better, faster, and more efficient. In her spare time, you can find her hanging out with her husband, Chris, at their cabin in western North Carolina, biking, kayaking, horseback riding, or watching their latest show on Netflix with their cats, Tuxie and Bubby.
Lisa is an experienced CFO and operational leader with deep experience in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and logistics sectors, including large-scale export of bulk materials and domestic vertically integrated production operations. She has directed change initiatives to support large-scale operational growth as well as business triage, including liquidation. Lisa spent the first decade of her career as a CPA with Deloitte serving public and privately-owned companies, including a Fortune 100 company. At Deloitte, her emphasis was coordinating financing, capitalization, and business combination transactions as well as consultation on emerging issues, such as fair value accounting and impairment as well as regulatory compliance and SEC reporting concerns.
David drives the overall strategic vision and 3D product definition for Stockpile Reports. He brings over 18 years of software innovation and global application and deployment experience in the technology sector as a seasoned entrepreneur and Fortune 100 executive. David led the strategic vision and product strategy for big data analytics and Wi-Fi content management services companies. In 2003, he launched the Mobile Media Consortium to develop groundbreaking research for real-world mobile applications. David Boardman sits on the Board of Directors for Open Perception, focused on advancing the development and adoption of BSD-licensed open source software for 2D and 3D processing of sensory data. David leads the team with a no-nonsense, real-world experience management style. Mark’s broad and deep knowledge of engineering spans across many disciplines, from control systems to computer vision to signal processing. Mark’s interests further extend beyond engineering, to include natural sciences, biology, finance, and philosophical fields – i.e. “Natural Philosophy”. Mark was a founder of the Intel Play Smart Toy Lab, a founder and CTO of Urban Robotics, founder of Edo Capital, and a founding board member of URC Ventures.
Bill’s storied career as a chief engineer and scientist spans 5 decades, from the Hubble Space Telescope, to U.S. Navy Radar systems, to Skylab, to Airborne Reconnaissance programs. After retirement, Bill founded Urban Robotics which continued for 10 years and had a successful exit. Finally, Bill continues his love of optics and engineering as a founding board member of URC Ventures.
Geoff’s career has focused on marrying advanced technologies with smart business plans. He has been a founder in multiple businesses ranging from smart toys to military systems to capital investment. Geoff specializes in computer vision as a trade, holds 13 diverse patents and has a Masters of Computer Science from Purdue University. An entrepreneur at heart, Geoff excels at creating and growing high tech businesses that have a meaningful impact on the world.
