Businesses Have Access to Greater Range of Choices for Inventory Measurements

PRESS RELEASE 3/17/2015

Redmond, WA: Stockpile Reports, an online service that delivers accurate stockpile volume, tonnage and pile locations using an Apple® iPhone® announces the release of a new monthly aerial offering, during 2015’s AGG1 Aggregates Academy & Expo in Baltimore, Maryland.

The aerial offering is the conclusion of successful trials conducted by Stockpile Reports in partnership with clients in the aggregates and mining industries.

Nearly 2,500 stockpiles have already been accurately measured via aerial with Stockpile Reports, by 27 customers from around the world.

The company is quickly rolling out aerial measurements to markets everywhere in the United States as an expansion of its monthly subscription service.

Maury Margol, Director of Business Development, said, “Our clients appreciate having aerial options as an expansion of our subscription service. It’s invaluable for businesses wanting affordable and accurate measurement options. This enables them to stay on top of inventory numbers every month, so they can make decisions quickly based on timely data. “

Those are the comments that David Boardman, CEO of Stockpile Reports, wants to hear from clients. “We’re now offering the most comprehensive solution to measuring stockpiles,” said Boardman. “Our monthly subscription plans are very affordable, and the 24-hour turnarounds from data collection to stockpile reporting is unsurpassed in the industry. Businesses have been delighted with the accuracy and speed of our iPhone— and now with their aerial results.”

Subscribers receive online access to site and stockpile reports, with orthographic imagery. Results are typically available within 24-hours after the flight. There is no manual action needed from clients. Mapped stockpiles are outlined online after the flight with SmartPile™ Marking and automatically processed, eliminating the need to mail photographs or manually edit in Excel.
