WACA Winter Workshop 2013 Presentation – Technology in Your Hand

We’re honored that Stockpile Reports has been selected to present in the upcoming Washington Aggregates & Concrete Association’s 2013 Winter Workshop.

This year’s event focuses on industry production, regulatory, promotional, and related topics. It is being held at the beautiful new LeMay Car Museum in Tacoma, WA from November 13-14, 2013.

The theme of Stockpile Reports’ presentation is “Technology in Your Hand”, about using smartphones as new tools and resources for the construction industry. Attendees will learn how high resolution images are currently being utilized. The range extends from recreating photorealistic 3D imaging of world landmarks such as the Himalayas, to practical ‘down to earth’ applications – such as accurate stockpile modeling and measurements.

Having this technology in your hand provides new, convenient resources for real time inventory, data and facility management. The Stockpile Reports team will go into more detail about how resulting business processes have been positively changed, and will be available to answer questions during and after his presentation.
